Planning for the Final Task: Location, Health, Schedule and more

Schedule:

3/6/2021-3/7/2021: Filming process begins. We all will head over to my house, the location for all of our scenes, and will  film scenes 6 and 7. These scenes will be filmed outside.

3/8/2021: We will continue the filming process by filming scenes 8 and 9. These scenes will take place inside of my house.

3/13/2021-3/14/2021: We will complete filming with scenes 2, 3, 4, and 5. We will overall film all the scenes which are in the flashback portion of the opening sequence.

3/18/2021- 4/2/2021: Editing process begins. These days will be dedicated specifically to all the sounds that will be displayed throughout the entire opening sequence. This includes finding and making sounds that will be incorporated throughout the opening sequence.

4/3/2021- 4/8/2021: We will complete the editing process by cutting/ editing all shots, adding all of the shots together and adding the sounds, as well as songs, within our film. 

4/9/2021- 4/14/2021: These days will be designated for any last minute editing or hiccups that may have occurred throughout our project.

Location: We will be filming at my house and the street in front of my house.

Health & safety:

In order to make sure that we are all safe throughout the filming process, there will be an adult on standby with a first aid kit at the ready as well as easy access to 911 at all times. My mom is also a nurse, with knowledge at the ready in case of an extreme emergency, and will be there throughout the filming of our final task.

As a result of the global pandemic occurring at this time, we have decided that all the actors will do their own makeup. This will, as a result, limit the chance of the spread of Covid-19. Each actor will still apply the makeup with specific directions by us, Harlow, Juanita and Jessica as well. 

We also are making sure that everyone will wear masks at all times. However, when the actors are acting, they will not wear masks. Everyone will also stay 6 feet apart, and when the camera has to be too close to an actor without a mask (for closeups, etc.), we will have someone within the actor’s close circle/home perform the camerawork. 

For the scene where we have to get a high angle of the girl walking home, someone will have to stand on a ladder, or the fence in front of my house, in order to get the camera at the right angle. The ladder will be supported by someone underneath, and on the other side of the fence there will be someone waiting to catch the cameraman if they fall.
